For the past 5 years, we've grown to offer a full range of Livescan services including (but not limited too); Mobile onsite, State police, FBI reports, Florida, Card scan, TSA, HAZMAT, TWIC and many more types of fingerprints.
We have an exclusive agreement to provide fingerprinting services for many schools, healthcare facilities contractors and more.
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to assist the Livescan Team in our Illinois office.
Job Description:
Provides stellar customer service and fingerprinting services at our Crestwood office and remotely as required.
The key responsibilities include interacting with our customers, collecting cash or credit card payments, computer skills and working with our Livescan Computer systems.

Qualifications:
Atleast 21 years of age Must be able to pass an extensive Background Investigation and credit check from TSA & Homeland Security Clean driving record within the prior two years Background in Customer Service (1 year or more) Fast and Accurate computer / keyboard ability Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel, Outlook and Word HS Diploma required / College degree or some College preferred but not required Must have the ability to pass TSA training, which will be provided by Secureone.
Must have the ability to interact in a positive manner with customers, clients and employees.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
