Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds and is providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up).
Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street.

Our Social Services team is proud of their specialized programming, including restorative, Life Skills Training as well as off & onsite therapy sessions.

Job DescriptionWhat's in it for you:
RN salary - 50/hr No benefits/insurance offered with this position This is a nonunion position This is an as-needed, intermittent schedule.
If we have a need, you will be contacted to come in to work.
Sometimes we know our scheduling needs in advance and sometimes you can be called in at the last minute if we have a call-off.
You must commit to working a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per pay period, in addition to having the availability to pick up additional shifts.
There is no guaranteed number of hours.
QualificationsWhat we need from you:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL Prior experience in a SNF or ICF preferred Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal) We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine.
You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption.
