Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and coordinate staffing schedules for nursing homes, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication:
Maintain open lines of communication with nursing staff, management, and external stakeholders to address scheduling needs, changes, and updates promptly.
3.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring seamless staffing operations and minimal disruptions to healthcare services.
4.
Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to staffing in healthcare settings and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
5.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, staff availability, and other pertinent information.
Qualifications:
- Previous
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling for nursing homes or a similar healthcare setting.
- Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
