About the Position/ Responsibilities and DutiesOur Nursing staff is the key component in ensuring that whatever facility we assist, we provide care that is the paramount in its value and quality.

ResponsibilitiesRecord a patient's medical history accuratelyTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications .
Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient chartsAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing Provide emotional and psychological support when neededAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with Nursing Home health, safety, sanitation standards and proceduresUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyGood knowledge of Point Click Care is preferredProvide patient care including but not limited to, bathing, feeding and changingRequirementsGood physical condition and stamina, ability to stand for long periods of timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stressCurrent LPN license Come be a part of an amazing team leading the nation in healthcare!About the Company:
