Essential Functions include but are not limited to :
Customer advocate in prioritizing and resolving issues that result in positive customer experiences
Triage and respond to all incoming phone calls, emails, faxes and other electronic orders and request
Resolve and adjudicate prescription claims, print labels and export files to automated machines for fulfillment
Trace and file original hardcopies for schedule 2 narcotic orders
Make out-bound calls to physicians, nurses, and prescribers to resolve outstanding issues with orders
Notify MMP partners of any exceptions with their routine medication refills
Export dailies orders to the packaging robots

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Good computer skills with the ability to type accurately and fast
Knowledge of algebra, pharmaceutical math, and medical shorthand of directions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
