Company/Position Summary:
Medication Management Partners (MMP) is working hard to become the national leader in assisted living pharmacy in the very near future. Manages the day to day pharmacy fulfillment process including initial review/final check, inventory, dispensing, and facility and toting accordance with the organization's customer service standards. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Principal duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Leads, manages, and hold themselves and others on the team accountable for achieving or exceeding expectations and results
Manages daily workflow of pharmacy
Creates Process design, implementation, and new product evaluation
Manages all routine logistics and delivery commitments, including any exceptions
Responsible for the basic building maintenance
Assists with the training of pharmacy personnel
Proactive learners who seeks first to understand
Mature, professional adults who will always do the right thing!

Individuals who feed their soul, body and mind with what makes them happy, healthy and content
Requires a bachelor's degree or experience
3+ years of managerial experience
Proven leadership experience
Must have Pharmacy Technician license in IL and be certified within 2 years of license
Must have MS Office computer skills
Intellectual curiosity needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
